LinkedIn is my only form of social media and that's because I 100% believe in our vision to "create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce."

I believe in the power of relationships and networks to build community, drive equity, share knowledge, and create opportunity. I am proud to be part of an incredible company that aligns with my values and career aspirations.

About Me

With a mind for thinking strategically and a heart for seeing people holistically, I am motivated by delivering business-centered solutions that are grounded in understanding root causes, collaborating with stakeholders, maximizing team strengths, minimizing friction for end-users, and integrating DEI principles.

Three of my “superpowers” are crafting compelling messages; building stakeholder trust, alignment, and engagement; and advocating for an enterprise / organization-level perspective.

My 5+ years of corporate and internal communications experience (consulting and in-house) paired with my Master’s in Learning & Organizational Change uniquely equip me to not only diagnose organizations’ current states, develop and adapt plans, assess and measure progress, and deliver sustainable and scalable initiatives.

Diversity, equity and inclusion are all part of my core identity and values. I have led DEI programs at a global 50,000 employee organization and have academic subject matter expertise through my Leading Equity & Inclusion in Organizations certificate.
